On Saturday, November 5th, the District will host its first ever Movies in the Park event! Place: Anderson Mill West Park Time: 6:30 p.m. Movie: Coco Bring a blanket and/or camp chairs, a cooler, and your neighbors, and enjoy a movie under the stars at everyone's favorite park.
Coming Soon to Sun Chase Park
On October 19th, the Board of Directors approved plans to install a new playscape in Sun Chase Park on the site of the former playscape that was removed several years ago due to disrepair. The new playscape is being custom built to blend with the natural elements of the park and will feature a central treehouse surrounded by natural playscape elements.

February Meeting Videos

Overnight Street Parking Moratorium
Beginning November 20th thru January 14th there will be no enforcement of overnight street parking throughout the district to accommodate Holiday parking.

WTC MUD #1 Tax Exemptions
The WTC MUD #1 Board of Directors have adopted a resolution increasing certain exemptions from taxation of a percentage of the appraised value of residential homesteads located within the District. The exemption applies to the Williamson - Travis MUD #1 tax for qualified applicants. Please click here for more information.
