Notice: End of Moratorium on Late Fees and DisconnectsMay 24, 2021
On March 20, 2020, in response to hardships caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the WTC MUD #1 Board of Directors voted to place a moratorium on late fees and water disconnects for non-payment of bills. Residents, please note that this moratorium will be lifted beginning June 13, 2021. Late fees will be applied to June bills, and service disconnects for past due accounts will begin in July. If you are past due, please visit Billing to pay your bill, or contact Inframark at email@example.com or 512-246-0498 to set up a payment plan in order to avoid service interruption.
