Aster Pass Pond is a small stormwater detention basin adjacent to Cypress Elementary School in the Anderson Mill West neighborhood. Current Pond Amenities:

• Crushed granite walking trail
• Benches
• Observation deck
• Landscaping

The Future of Aster Pass Pond:

The District’s 2022 Adopted Park Plan includes the following recommendations for future improvements to Aster Pass Pond over the next 5 years.

• Added barrier in the NW corner next to wooden bridge to keep children from riding over the edge of the hill when exiting or entering the bridge.
• Shaded seating on observation deck
