District Office at The Park at Lakeline Oaks :

Status 9 July 2004:  Some minor defects were discovered in the pitch of the slab under the pavilion attached to the District office in the park.  The contractor is currently making repairs to the slab under the warranty agreement.  The pavilion will be unavailable for several more weeks.

In addition, due to rocky conditions of the property, the four trees planted in front of the building failed to thrive.  The trees will be replaced with a specimen that can tolerate the rocky conditions and the accumulation of water caused by the rock ledge.
