Deed Restriction Meetings

The District has taken on the task of enforcing the Restrictive Covenants for the property within the district.  In doing so, we frequently drive the district and evaluate the properties.  When we discover a Restrictive Covenant violation, we send the homeowner a letter about the violation.  These meetings provide a forum for the homeowner and the Board sub-Committee to discuss the violation.  The public is welcome at all District meetings.  Please join us.
